The hotel was located in a picturesque area, although quite secluded. the room we stayed in had an outdated decor and desperately needed some modernization. the service of the hotel was friendly and accommodating, but we were disappointed to find that the cleaning lady did not clean our room throughout our stay. On the bright side, the breakfast buffet was delicious and full of variety, with many local options to choose from.

We had a pleasant staying, the breakfast was great and they offered quality local food. the decor of the hotel was superb and it made the stay even more enjoyable. the staff was very friendly and always ready to help us with anything we asked for.
The hotel staff didn't have good English and it made communication difficult at times. the SPA was only open for a short time during the day, so we didn't have much time to enjoy it.

I enjoyed the local cuisine, especially the pierogi in the restaurant. The staff was helpful and accommodating, even providing sandwiches for an early morning departure. The spa and jacuzzi offered a relaxing experience with soothing music and candles. The hotel facilities were cozy and well-maintained.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

This hotel had a good location for skiing, with a slope just a few minutes away. The breakfast spread was good with a decent variety of food. My family and I also enjoyed the Christmas decorations around the hotel, it was very festive.
The staff were not helpful and seemed overwhelmed. The rooms were cold and the heating didn't seem to work well.
